TT 15ET
The THIEMAN TT Series is completely assembled into one compact unit – ready to run. Simply bolt and/or weld it to the truck and connect the battery cable. Installation is fast and easy. And years from now, it will be just as simple to remount the TT-15 model on a new truck.
The lifting mechanism is completely enclosed for a neat appearance and protection from the elements. A two piece bumper, for use with frame attached receivers, is standard on the TT15.
The THIEMAN TT’s overall design makes it the toughest liftgate available in its class.

WT 40EST

WDV Series
The market’s premium heavy duty railgate offering high performance. Available in 3,500 lb., 4,500 lb., 5,500 lb. and 6,600 lb. lifting capacities.
Its innovative design ensures ease of operation and low maintenance requirements. Features with vertical tracks that enable the platform to move via cables or chains in conjunction with a hydraulic cylinder (or two hydraulic cylinders directly attached to the platform) for ultimate strength and efficiency. The vertical tracks are welded to the rear frame of a trailer, pick-up truck, service, stake or truck body to ensure optimum safety. The platform conveniently stores over the rear door during travel.
Standard & Optional Features
- Knurled Platform - Knurled Platform WALTCO is commited to safety. Our knurled platform comes with a ridged aluminum surface to aid in gripping and create a more non-slip environment than your typical smooth surface.
- Platform Safety Lights - Our platform safety lights automatically start flashing when the liftgate tilts open and continues to blink until it is returned to the upright position. This added safety feature increases awarness of equipment use to reduce accidents.
- Slide Pads - Our special free-floating UHMW slide pads were designed for long term use with faster replacement and no hardware. We offer a full lifetime warranty on our pads because the strong UHMW slide pads can withstand years of use.
- Auto Self-Level - Series hydraulic circuit design means our product self levels. The load can be offset without compromising lifting capacity and the platform always lifts parallel to the truck bed, even if the surface is uneven.
- Header Kit - Waltco offers a standard and telescoping header kit with various lighting options, including LED Marker lights, marker lights, and Grote porch light LED's.
- Light Options - Multiple light variations are available, including anti-theft options. Let your salesman know your requirements and WALTCO will have the right fit for you.
- Dual Power Unit - Dual Power Unit offers a complete backup power & control switch system, in the rare case that one unit fails. The backup power unit is standard for the WDV-55 and WDV-66 models. With the dual power units, you never have to worry about downtime again.
- Cycle Counter - The cycle counter keeps track of your liftgate cycles. This helps to pinpoint when when you should perform product maintenance on your equipment.
- Heavy Duty Rail - The WDV is our most popular heavy duty rail (up to 6,600 lb. Capacity). This is an ideal liftgate for heavy, multiple cycle loads.
- Bed Height - Accommodates bed heights of 40"-57".
- Safety+ Features - Platform warning lights, travel lock, dedicated ground, and a backup pump/motor system, are all geared toward making this gate safe.

TUK-A-WAY®
The Tuk-A-Way liftgate was engineered so that the platform can fold and stow under the truck body in the dock ready position. Today, Maxon offers a wide range of steel and aluminum platforms of different sizes along with various bed height options.
Extreme Practicality
The key to success for the Tuk-A-Way product line is that the platform is neatly out of the way when not needed and/or in the case of dock loading.
The standard Tuk-A-Way product line has evolved into a wide variety of gates accommodating light and medium-duty trucks. Economical, lightweight designs such as the TE-15/ TE-20 are ideal for smaller trucks, while workhorse models like the TE-25/TE-30 provide excellent value.
All of our Tuk-A-Ways are low maintenance. The heavy-duty extension plates are made from 1/4” thick diamond plate and have sturdy tubing and channel to help prevent loading damage. The models also feature a weather sealed pump box that protects against the elements.
TE-20
The TE-20 Series of Tuk-A-Way® liftgates are the economical choice for general purpose applications requiring 2,000 lbs. lifting capacity. The minimum laden bed height of 36” makes the TE-20 an ideal solution for low bed height applications.

TE-25/TE-30
The TE-25/TE-30 increases the capacity and platform size relative to the TE-20 and 72-150, providing 2,500 lbs or 3,000 lbs lifting capacity with a up to 52” x 80” platform.

Built tough with rugged columns to withstand dock impacts, precision-engineered with self-centering rollers (optional slide pads available too) to eliminate the possibility of jams, and designed with lock valves for operator safety, the BMR offers superior performance — faster operation, lower power consumption, and reduced maintenance costs are only the start.
